A nesting result is only worth the plan somebody can cut from. Every run produces panel layouts, per-piece delivered widths, waste broken down by cause, and the fabrication notes that tell the floor what to weld and what to join.

Panel count, area utilisation and total waste for the batch, so a plan can be judged before anything is cut.

Per panel Layout and schedule

A panel-types table and a layout for each panel, showing which pieces sit where and what is left over.

Per piece Requested against delivered

Every source piece with its requested width, its delivered width and its classification — the check that stops a non-standard width being quietly short-delivered.

Per problem Fabrication notes

Structured notes rather than free text. Extra-load-bar notes carry bar positions, delivered width and cut width; width-join notes carry each part with its cut width and trim, the delivered width and the span allowance.

Waste, by cause

Not one number.

A single waste percentage tells you nothing you can act on. Waste is attributed to the four things that actually produce it, so you can see which one is worth attacking.
